Now, walking isn't just walking. Overall, normal walking is fine for long term weight loss. But I'm sure you want to lose weight quickly. For that, you need to walk uphill.

I'm sure you've walked up a hill before. Isn't it a lot distinct than just walking on a flat surface?

Many habitancy think if they do a single stomach exercise sufficient times they will get abs, but this does not work and they could harm themselves by putting a strain on other parts of the body. The best way to burn fat is to exercise your whole body. Exercises like squats, push-ups, lunges are very good. Try to use as many muscles as you can.
